fal is excited to announce a new version of LTX Video by Lightricks. Key updates include improved quality, longer video generations, and more control using new conditioning and key frames. Updates to LTX Video Models

The latest LTX Video models are now available on fal. This integration brings the cutting-edge capabilities of LTX Video to a broader audience, enabling users to leverage its speed and versatility for real-time video generation. With fal's powerful infrastructure, developers can seamlessly integrate LTX Video into their projects, benefiting from its open-source nature and advanced features like image-to-video and text-to-video functionalities. 

Key Updates:

  1. Commercial License (OpenRail-M): The LTXV model now supports commercial licensing under the OpenRAIL-M agreement, enabling responsible integration of AI video generation into production workflows while maintaining ethical use restrictions. 
  2. Key Frame Conditioning: Enhanced control over video generation, where users can specify start and end frames, add multiple key frames throughout the sequence, and extend videos using conditioning.
  3. Higher Resolutions and Improved Quality: Enhanced image-to-video and text-to-video performance through additional training and higher quality data.
  4. Longer Sequence Lengths: The model can generate 12k token sequences with ease. For instance, it supports 5 seconds of 1080p full HD video at 25 fps.
  5. Removal of Artifacts: This results in cleaner, more professional-looking videos without flickering or jittering effects.
  6. Native ComfyUI Support: Allows for seamless integration and real-time video generation. 
  7. Improved Prompt Understanding: Enables users to provide more specific instructions, resulting in higher-quality outputs that better match their creative vision.
  8. Efficient Cross-Platform Performance: LTX Video Models run efficiently across NVIDIA GPUs, AMD GPUs, Google TPUs, and Apple MPS.
